2010 Band Uniform Return

As the school year comes to a close, we once again have the monumental job of collecting, inventorying and cleaning band uniforms. You can help by returning the band uniforms and all related pieces in the following order (underclassmen may return uniforms earlier than the assigned day):

Seniors—Thursday, June 3, 2010

Juniors—Friday, June 4, 2010

Sophomores—Monday, June 7, 2010

Freshman—Tuesday, June 8, 2010

Pipers and drummers (playing graduation)

Uniforms will be collected following graduation, please be sure all other uniform pieces are at school and you have a change of clothes that night.

Here are some instructions prior to return:

Spats and Suspenders: must be machine washed in hot water with bleach and hung to dry. Please return in zip lock bag with students name along with the rest of the uniform.

Raincoats: must also be machine washed and hung to dry. Please be sure the raincoat is dry before sending back to school.

The entire uniform should be placed in a large black plastic bag with the student’s name clearly marked and returned to the band room.

Do not return socks, shoes and garment bags. They are yours to keep.

Please do not send in money for dry cleaning, all money was collected at time of distribution in August.  

All uniforms will dry cleaned and inspected by the uniform committee prior to fall distribution.
